A valid phone number or email address is required to place an order so that we can contact you if there is a question about your order. An order that does not have a valid phone number or email address may not be fulfilled.
We accept all major credit cards through Shopify!
When you submit your order, we will confirm your account information and reserve the funds necessary to complete the purchase. However, we will not charge your credit card for your purchase until we have shipped your order. In general, orders are shipped via USPS Ground within two days of order placement, unless Express is selected.

Our artisan partners sometimes face difficulties due to issues beyond our control. These include lack of raw materials, unreliable transportation, floods, droughts, or even conflict and war which can all cause unexpected delays in the delivery of their handcrafts to us. In addition, the handcrafted nature of our products means a longer turn-around time for reorders. This means that products you order from may sometimes be out of stock. Guarantee - We guarantee that all handcrafted items are authentic and individually made. As a result, many items will differ slightly in color and/or size. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your handcraft purchase, you may return it within 30 days with your receipt for a replacement or full refund. Because we partner with artisans from remote communities around the world, we cannot guarantee the availability of out-of-stock items. Our artisan partners are continually crafting new items and do not maintain an inventory of past wares. For this reason, we do not offer backorders.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as A Villager’s Hand gift card. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
